our schedule

appointments are reserved with intention, and our providers are often booked well in advance. last-minute changes make it difficult to accommodate other patients waiting for care. we appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a thoughtful and seamless experience for everyone.

late arrivals

we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. if you are more than 15 minutes late, your visit may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation, subject to a $150 fee.

cancellations + changes

we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. changes made within 48 hours will incur a $150 fee, charged to the card on file. this fee is donated to a local no-kill animal shelter.

children

to maintain a calm and focused environment, we kindly ask that childcare is arranged prior to your visit.

pets

for the safety and comfort of all patients, pets should remain at home. service animals are welcome, though documentation may be required upon arrival.

refunds

all services and treatments are non-refundable. results vary by patient, and additional treatments may be recommended to achieve your desired outcome. any additional services will be priced accordingly.
